I have a question. Is there a chatroom on this homepage? Because, i really want to chat with you when you are online.
What do you think about this?

Most people just use MSN and stuff to talk with each other, but an IRC room or something might be a good idea.
Probably wouldn't be too difficult to register a channel then gat a Javachat link on the homepage...

I'll host the IRC Server. I've got IgnitionServer on here. I'm prepping it for an event somewhere else, but it's not like I'm limited to four channels.

No, it's not on this board yet. He's referring to something like an instant messager, only provided by the server.

Create a forum redirect link to the chatroom, if you can do it with these boards.
At current, people only use MSN, AIM and Yahoo to communicate with other members, but I see the use of Instant messaging services like these as a personal thing, so a chatroom would be great.
If I decided to set an IRC Server for Yoshiart, we could have a channel dedicated to those who wish to check if something they wish to post on the board is ok, before posting it and getting a warn.
There's a whole world of possibilities.

I think that ProBoards4 supports IRC links, now.
with the [ irc] tags or something, I need to check the feature list again
