Ah, yes...
October of 1995, Yoshi's Island was kept very secret up until the very end, and then released on the 10th anniversary of the release of Super Mario Bros. A celebration to one of the most influential games of all time, and a masterpiece in its own right.
Y'know, October 2005 will be SMB's 20th anniversary... I wonder if Nintedo's got anything planned...

(my memory isnt that good!) i dont think i can do this one though, i have never played the Original Yoshis Island! Well i did but that was when i was 3 years old |

Ummm... I'm probably not reading that right, but isn't the supposedly pink Yoshi is always mixed up with the red Yoshi when it comes to actually playing that level as opposed to seeing them on the map?

I did play each level i didnt even think to look at the map till i was in bed playing the game and i noticed "HeY they are on the map!"  |
