Official Nintendo Yoshi's Island DS Survey

Its been a long time since Nintendo of Europe last did one of these surveys. And being Yoshi related, some people might be interested to see what Nintendo are asking.
As far as I know, its only for Nintendo VIP24:7 members.
No idea if Nintendo of America have or will have a similar survey.
