guess what... I found a cent from 1945. this could cost over 10000 dollars or something. why 10000? i don't know... my sis, my bro, my mother and some other guys told me it costs that, while I was young. what should I do with it? (exept wait for it to cost higher, I'm already doing it) heres a pic: it says: best wishes from your host

Teh you do know. Some of the collectors may even pay 50$ for that. Good luck finding a collector like that tho. :3

I agree with teh as he brought in the sites for proof; but I seem to also agree with SawBot here...Though it is very hard to find someone that just lends you 50$ with just a 1945 penny.
Speaking of 50$, I really want that profit to buy GuildWars Nightfall, but no matter. Thats off topic.
All Im saying here is just agreements and a bit of warnings here. I think you just get a dollar for that to be more clear for ya.

Yeah...sorry to get your hopes up Like, I have coines from as early as 1914. I honestly don't think a 1945 coin would sell for 10k xD

Keep it, give it to your child. They'll wait. It'll maybe cost a lot in 150-300 years ?

... Wow, a penny from WWII... my advice- don't sell it. Even if it's actually worth millions, sell it only if ya need the money. And right now you may think you do, bur just wait. Besides, watch yourself be the only guy on earth a couple years from now with such a penny! ... No one's listening, right?

No no, we are The value of a rare object (such as this I guess) rises as people want it more. So if there are twenty pennies and five people who want, there is going to be little competition for it, and the demand will be very little. However, with an object such as... say, one of twenty limited edition, 1901 Ferrarri's, or perhaps an 1800 stamp, they're going to sell. Why? Because there are a LOT of rich people who have that sort of collection, and a LOT hell-bent on enlarging it, therefore, they sell better. Although what you have might be of little value, it IS a 'rare' coin, and there are many coin collectors out there. If you know one, try asking him if he has one, and if he's interested (but, mind yer manners, some rich people have enough influence to make a stop sign out of you). But... 1945 isn't that old a year, and I wouldn't be suprised if people who collect coins haven't been in WWII themselves. Well, you found something nice... but it won't have value for a few years to come. This coin might be a little too popular.

Well I'm not really sure how much its worth it kinda looks like a ordinary penny to me..except for that silver colored looking thing around it.
