As I am sure you are aware, we have been experiancing a lot of "Too many connections, please try again in 30 seconds, yada yada yada" errors recently.
We are having this problem because proboards server 23, which happens to be the one that includes YC, is blinking on and off between "all systems, go." and "busy." There are already threads in the Proboards support forums yelling at the admins about it, which has prompted them to enter immediate discussion. They're working to alleviate the problem, and have moved some of the larger boards to other servers to see if it helps.
In short:
If server 23 is busy, then YC gets "too many connection."
If server 23 is online, then YC is all systems, go.
Main Proboards guys = try to fix.
