If you are very observant of your browser, you will know that the address on the board has changed. Instead of "timyoshi.proboards23.com," it now says "timyoshi.proboards107.com." Apparently and obviously, the Proboards staff has relocated the forum (along with several other forums formerly on server 23) to its most recent server, server 107. You really don't need to update bookmarks, since typing in "timyoshi.proboards23.com" will automatically redirect you to the forum's new location on server 107. The only real difference that should happen is that when you check on the status on Proboards' servers, look for server 107 instead of server 23.
The best assumption for this is that the forums on server 23 must have gotten so large that a massive amount of users have been accessing the server at one time. To clear this up, the Proboards staff has relocated several forums (including this one) to other servers. This should clear up that "Too Many Connections" epidemic that has been going around lately.
