Okay, here's the story behind this one. I was recently listneing to this song. It's one of the happiest-sounding Japanese songs that I know of; it's from a game, I believe. I don't know the context of the song, so the last time I heard it, I pictured it being sung by a Yoshi, in a sort of animated style. And what resulted was quite possibly the single-most-cute series of images that has ever run through my head. So this is my attempt at manifesting a scene from that into a drawing, drawn while still under the influence of the song.

Awww...yes, it is indeed a striking resemblance to World 1 in Yoshi's Island...but who wouldn't wanna hide in all those flowers?! n_n Actually, perhaps me...I get hayfever...*sniffs* <=] Anyways...yes, back to the pic. I love the detail in all the shadows on the ground, and the lineless saddle gone all pinky in the shade...stunning detail. =] My only quip would be to include a few different coloured flowerheads, like the purple ones, to add a little more spice to it, but hey, I'm no artist. n_n* Excellent job! *claps* And just out of intrest; did you ink and scan this, or computer draw it? I like to think its my curiosity taking over here, but I can't help but sound plain nosy. n___n*

Yeah... I'd originally intended to have a little more variation in the flowers, but then I'd also invisioned a larger scene, so not a lot was possible. I kinda thought the purple flowers would balance out the tail. And it's inked/scanned.

Waaaaaay cute!!!!! AWESOME!!! ;D ;D ;D One more great work of art that shows a Yoshi's happy spirit very well. Oh how wonderful it would be to have that freedom! Unfortunately for me, when I hear inspiring songs I rarely get clear images, so I can't really draw them. But yes, music certainly has the power to invoke emotions. I sometimes wish I could plug a video cable to my head so I could record those images to a VHS

My dreams tend to be dramatic, epic tales of the likes I'd never imagined anywhere else. (The dreams I remember, anyway.)

Oh, dreams are wonderful. Dreams are like entering this realm with endless possibilities. Dreams bring inspirations, teaches you lessons, shows you many things, gives you signs, brings out the person within you, oh I could go on about dreams. Dreams are a wonderful inspiration. If it weren't for dreams, we would still have inequality in the U.S. If it weren't for dreams, we may not have many things we have today. If it weren't for dreams, people would not be so determined to do something. Dreams are like an aid in life. Thank the lord for dreams. ;D

My dreams are probably far too odd to mention here.

Must you bring that up again? So what if dreams are not always realistic, sometimes thinking virtualistic is just as helpful as thinking by things considered in reality. Ever heard the expression, "Dreams can come true?" Yeah, I believe in that.
