Yeah Night Croshi, you said it in such a harsh way, as if you expect everyone to have such an artistic skill. It's ok to criticize, just don't insult people's work. I didn't knew it was illegal to criticize on people's work. We live in a free country y'know ? And what is so harsh about it? Nightcroshi is right, Jelly just cares about quantity rather than quality. If he actually concentrated on the outcome of the picture, it would've looked better. |

Wow. I didn't degrade him verbally in any way. it was just criticism. But I guess thats just unacceptable here, isnt it? I wouldn't call that critisism.  |

You added insults to your criticism, especially with the attitude you put into it. Like Night Croshi, not only did he add critism, but he also pretty much said how it wasn't appealing to the eye, at all. It seems as if you and Night Croshi are like into this insulting together.
I know that this is a free country, but what you did is take your freedom for granted. Everytime you do something people scold you for, your only excuse is that, "It's a free country." Well then hey, we have the right to be respected for our work and effort, if you can't criticize properly, then learn. Haven't you seen how we criticize around here, apparently not.

I pretty much agree with Nightcroshi for this once, because he is PRETTY much right about the feats of his art. He has made tons of pictures and yet, I haven't seen one picture of him and thought to myself. "Hey, that one looks unique and fantastic." The fact is, most of his pictures looks the pretty much the same, there is no originality or whatsoever, there is no improvement. It seems that he cares about quantity rather than quality. And if that's the case, then he's a bad artist in my point of view. No offense. And you are '1337' in criticizing? You've never criticized people's work from so far I have seen. Every piece of work that Jelly creates, even if it's almost an exact copy of his previous work. You go "OMFG! That's looks awesome." And you call that criticism? Mind if I laugh my 'ass' off? Koshi is the master of criticizing? Uh yeah, and I am the great Ghenghis Khan in the flesh.  And as for the attitude, it's all part of the criticism. Especially in this case. I've also noticed that you're defending Jelly just like his 'friends' going OMFG on those who criticize on his work. You aren't even explaining the definition of criticism. If people can't take criticism, then go cry about it. It's all part of the 'Art business' K thnx bai. - Once again, SSK. Learn about the proper definition of 'criticism' alright? Look here, I never criticized anyone's artwork because I can't draw. If I had awesome drawing abilities, then I would help others through actual helpful criticism. You aren't actually helping Jelly Belly, in fact, you misunderstand the meaning of, critism. Let me tell you what critism is.
Critism is explaing to others how they can improve their work without aggravating them. IT DOES NOT MEAN TO TALK TRASH ABOUT THEIR WORK. "Oh that sucks," "Dude you need to work on that crappy shading," are not acceptable critism, they are INSULTS (must I define insults?)
And why is it that you only talk about how I don't criticize Jelly, why not ask why I don't criticize anyone at all? Huh? That's because you have a problem with Jelly and you express it through trashing on him. You would do anything to put down Jelly Belly, and the same thing for your new minion, NC. yea that aint criticism......you are judging him....you dont know how long he worked on this so you cant criticize him for that...once again i have to bring out this quote

very uplifting comments yoshiken........ anyway as long as you dont say his art is worse than a kindergardener using a computer with a broken mouse in the dark while closing his eyes and using his feet then there shouldn't be a huge deal. so this isnt jellys best work no need to be all stressed... |

They would be good if you actually made them watchable.. but it looks like you spent 5 seconds on each frame and were rushing it as fast as possible. Your flash skills are alright, but the artistic effort pretty much blows. Sorry. - This is INSULTING? Mind if I laugh my ass off... again? Give me a break. You want me to print out a REALLY offending example of criticism? The point is, if he refuses to accept criticism then what's the point of using 'mild' criticism? Criticism is insulting to those who take it too seriously. And yes, I have a problem against Jelly for a lot of reasons. But I already had a problem against his art before I even made contact with him. P.S: You're going to ban Nightcroshi? Since when are you a Admin? Just because your friend is getting criticism slammed into his face, doesn't mean you have a valid reason to ban Nightcroshi. |
