The game that made me a fan of Yoshi was Super Mario World for the SNES, the first game that Yoshi was actually in. But my favorites are still Yoshis Island and Super Mario RPG, Legend of the Seven Stars, both for the SNES. So, what game made you a Yoshi fan?

for me Mario Party
if you would belive it I absolutly bever touched Yoshi back in the day. I was always Peach but my brother would always win with Mario so i though Peach was jynxing me.I knew who i couldn't be(My brother was always Mario,my mom was DK,my dad Wario) so all i had was Luigi and Yoshi. I didnt want to be Luigi so Yoshi it was! i faired pretty well with him but still getting second(my brother was the game master back then but i pwn him now) everynow and then i would win but meh i sucked back then...there where more mario party games and then there was SSB i was always yoshi ading to my fandom. there were more games and my fandom grew more. i still hold the yoshi plushies i had ever since i was 4(ive kept them around for 6 years of course they're kinda worn down)if Peach wasn't a loser and a jynx i wouldn't be here right now!!

Pretty much all of them, but once they put Yoshi VO's into Yoshi's Story I was a pretty dedicated fan.

And now, i'm on the hunt for a boxed, complete version of Yoshi's Safari. That was another good game...

The first game i ever played with yoshi in it (Super Mario Kart) was what made me love him. I was better with Toad but i still liked yoshi best.

And now, i'm on the hunt for a boxed, complete version of Yoshi's Safari. That was another good game... What? I thought the NES wasn't able to have Yoshi on it. I've read many times that Yoshi first appeared in Super Mario World on the SNES. But he was though up when the NES was out. Is that what you meant, or did I read wrong? |

You read wrong. Unless i read you wrong. There's a game that's just called "Yoshi" for the NES. It's the title of the game. Just "Yoshi". It's kinda difficult when reffering to the game "Yoshi" without confusing people so i hope you understand.

Yep there's indeed a game called Yoshi on the NES! It was a strategy game Tetris style. A bit different, thaugh.

To bring this topic back abit, the game that made me a fan of yoshi was the very first game I saw yoshi in.......Super Mario World. I have Super Mario World on a game called All Stars that has abunch more of games too.

good question, if I say that any game makes me a Yoshi fan?
a long time ago (well realy the last year) I look some Zelda stuffs for my computer, when I enter in one website that had one BIIIIG and very bealfiful Yoshi picture!
I really loved that picture! I was looking at for 5 minutes (I think) after that I needed something about Yoshi
(this is the destiny!)

For me, it was SSB. Without any doubt. And I miss SSB, nowadays everyone wants to play SSBM instead... =(
