It's very cute! The neck is a little small, but that's okay. Good job shading too!

This isn't bad at all for a first attempt! You did very nicely with the shading! Nice job! I think the neck looks fine, because it's kinda like a cartoonishi way for him to stretch his face across the screen. Y'know what I'm saying?

Try to use the curved line tool as often as possible. It takes practice but it really pays off.

Yeah, Infact that is the ONLY tool I use! Nothing else but the paint bucket!

Ah, not bad for your very first try!
But when you shade and add highlights and it cuts off the lineart, you can go over the lineart again so that it doesn't look so messy. Yah, you can try using the premade shape tools if you're not so comfortable with the pencil and pen tools just yet. I used the circle tool to make Yoshi's nose when I first started out.

i believe she means it covers your finished lines - ever hear the expression color in the lines?
it still needs more practice, but you will get the hang of it.

Pretty goood for the first try, though the neck is thin and the cubes don't quite stop vanishing correctly (all 3d objects edges either "vanish" to a point or stop and connect with parrarell lines).
