Actually, Red IS violating the rule. Assuming that the sig size rule I found via the search function wasn't abolished.

This doesn't mean you can have 3 images or something as long as they are each under 120pixels. It means 120 pixels high including EVERYTHING. All the images, all the text.
This forum actually has some pretty tight rules sig wise. It just happens that they are pretty much not enforced.

The total size of Red.Yoshis signature is about 217 pixels. Far too high.

BB, your total sig size is about 140 pixels total. Still too big 'cause of that line of text.

L.D. Yoshi, your total sig height is nearly 200. Too big son, too big. It would help if you put the images like this

You'd still be breaking the rules techincally, but only by 7 pixels.

Toshi clocks in at about 150 pixels high total. Still above the size limit!

I can't be bothered to look for any more, but.. well, the majority of posters within just the last 5 pages of this topic have all exceeded the rule. Assuming it is still in effect. To be honest, no sig should need to be larger than 650x150

Sorry, not trying to be a stick in the mud, but I think a bunch of posts here showed that, assuming that rule is still in effect, most people don't know what the actual sig size limit is.

I didn't either and only found it by using the search feature of the forums. I'd have thought it should have been posted in the Bulletin board

actually, pixel size dosent matter. its the size of you typing. i can put as many as 500 charaters into my signature, i know, you dont want big pictures, but my sig really isnt a problem with me, or anyone else. now blacks old sig had a few complaints, but mine dosnt lag up the page or anything.

Yeah, I don't see what the big deal is with this pixel limit thing being precisely according to the rules. Most of the sigs here seem just fine and cause no lag in threads.

Of course it matters. Its annoying at best when somebody sig image is taking up 3/4 of the page... and you're in a high resolution like I am :/
