Heh, here's my entry. I tried a different effect for the dust on this one.  His name is Foudre. Only a few people I know would know what it means, haha. I love this character so much, I think I might keep him. Double-scoop ice cream |

Pretty cute idea. Nice colors, for one those are the most notable in this one. I also like the pose, pretty cool idea. Nice work and good luck in the contest.

He looks like a fast runner. I like all the colors and the lightning bolts on his body and shoes. Awesome job Yoshee, good luck as well!

Wow, where do I start! In fact, I'll start from the top down just so I can avoid starring at it all day, though I'm pretty sure I could  The head is shaped in such an aereodynamic sort of way, and that look in his eye... he just seems so confident, so sure of himself, so... just so stunning. The way his body is shapes like if he was a human (well, yoshi) lightning bolt is just astounding, I don't know how to pull off a look like that... though probably because I haven't tried... but... that works! Although the shoes do look like over-sized roler skates, the lightning logo on them makes it clear that we're dealing with a speed demon. The grass LOOKS something like grass, something I haven't seen in awhile XD And the new dust style is neat, though maybe it could be tweaked a little... that's just me... oh god... no... not this way! HERE HE COMES!! *pancakeafied* Now how would someone pronounce "Foudre" in English? Fowder seems like it would be more cute than speed-demonish  , and sparky just seems small time for him. Aw heck, you decide, Foudre it is, I'll just be quiet  |
