Awsome pic! Okay let me guess what's going on:
Jay took Boomeister hat and Boomeister is scaring him.
Enrique is saying something in spainsh to Rage and Rage can't understand him.
Blinx2000 is probably shouting something like "I R FLOOFEH!!!!"
And Leo and [ICE] are just posing there looking pretty.
EDIT: I change the list a little bit when I figure something out.

Yeah, now that I see it, It makes sense. Rage looks confused ...but are Ice and I doing something, or just observing?
