As for the Chinese, it says 漢語 共產主意 (Hanyu Gongchanzhuyin). The right side, Hanyu, means the Chinese language (referring to the spoken language), and the left side, Gongchanzhuyin, means Communism. You should know better, if you're going to write Chinese propoganda in Chinese, it better be simplified script, and not traditional.
