Wow, I actually have more stuff to post. Yee! Anywho, onto the stuff I've drawn recently. Only three pictures, but that's still quite a lot compared to last month. ... Or, I should say November. I swear, I'll draw something besides Lazo or Pawy, sometime... In fact, I've got two sketches of non-Yoshies in progress now.
Yup, this is the first time I've used an Oekaki in about four-five months. And I've never used Shii, of which this picture was done in. I should get a prize for that.
This is Tryout One at Suta-Raito Intermediate Oekaki.

It's Lazo. Again. I feel so pathetic. Anyway, I'm fairly happy with this. Except the expression. I probably should have made him expressionless to better match his personality, but I just... Couldn't. I don't like drawing expressionless things. Oh, and the expression I did creeps me out, too.

[Rather large file here. I was going to save it as JPG, but I automatically chose PNG and just realized this now... I'm not observant. LEVEL UP ! ! Be thankful this is about half of the original size.]
Yup, here's the reason as to why I don't do backgrounds: they suck. At any rate, I'm fairly happy with how the rest of the picture came out, at least. 'Tis Lazo and Pawy, if you couldn't figure it out.
The ironic thing about this is that on my first attempt at doing the sand, I found an awesome way to do realistic fur. Of course, that sort of looks NOTHING like sand.
On another note, if anyone's interested, they can view these pictures alternately at dragonpaw.deviantart.com
