Wow DN, I haven't taken the time to look around to much in art lately but this really sends me a message that I should. Your take on Leoshi fits perfectly, I like how you went without the black outlines like many are trying. It helped Leoshi fit in with the darker blue background in the back of the picture. I get the serious atmosphere from this picture as I do from Leoshi himself. The cliff you drew under his feet helps in the message sent across as he looks up into the light of the sky. The use of the grass helped create what you were going for, and you used the grass well. I know many who have tried to go places with that grass and never been able to push it through. Though on this picture you got the grass to have its realistic touch as it clings to the side of the cliff.
Also, the faint light you have coming off from the side corner adds that mysterious feel to the picture. That just as much adds to Leoshi in full. I know that he will love this section of the trade, you did lovely on it.
