The last Spyro game had many glitches in it, and I didn't care for the ending too much on it either. The answer for me, is that I'm going to rent this one before buying it. I really do hope its better then the last one.

I just found out about it today too!! I looked into it online abit already, they have pictures, and stuff on it.
Teh, I don't know if you played the last Spyro, but I don't know if you'd like the bugs and glitches if you did play it. (Perhaps you might, I don't know) Sometimes the screen would just turn all white though, and you'd get stuck, and have to restart the game! It got annoying to do sometimes, especially if you were trying to beat the game. They wern't really interesting bugs and glitches.

That was, unfortunately a disaster because the company developing it, already had a bad reputation for making games, but may I correct you. Spyro orange:The cortex conspiracy (I Think) for the GBA Was the last spyro game to come out... The one before that was Spyro:Attack of the rhynocs (Or here, Spyro Adventure - Again, GBA.). You really ought to check out the official Spyro board because all the details of the game are there.

It's good to know that this Spyro game will be more like the first three *sighs relief* Yes, I was talking about Enter the Drangonfly before. I know they have GBA versions out of Spyro, but I was only talking about the last one made for a saystem like PS2, or gamecube. The game does look good so far too.

I adore Spyro! I was really dissapointed with Enter the Dragonfly, but I absolutely love the first three games for PS1, and I can't wait for A Hero's Tail to come out. I think I'll buy it...  One funny thing I've noticed: all the games except for the first two say they're the "hottest adventure" or "the best Spyro adventure ever." Ain't that awkward? |

Well, As The official Sony Playstation magazine had quoted on the spyro 2 posters:
"...It's impossible to think of anything that could make it better."
And in alot of people's minds, Spyro 2, remains as the best one...
I liked the Skateboarding in 3...
Ever since the spyro series, i've had alot of faith in Insomniac game's products.
And I have no reason to think otherwise. Since, no doubt you know about Ratchet and Clank? Yup. Insomniac's creation too...
Insomniac are the original creators of Spyro the dragon. Not universal.
Also, Insomniac and Naughtydog (Crash's Creators) used to go to eachothers work's do's, and share ideas for a new game or anything else while having a good time too...
You'll know what I mean when you have to go to one...
Funny now that on the gba, they now team up...
Yeah. I'm you're wealth of knowledge on everything Spyro, as well as Yoshi...

Hehe, this is ironic. My real last name is Dragan, very close to the spelling of Dragon. And yet, I've never played a Spyro game. I thought about trying the last one, but I heard about the glitches and decided not to try it. But I plan on at least renting the new one.

l didn't know it was coming out! l play the spyro game on the PS1 and l think its better than the GBA,I have to agree it looks great game.But what is the format anyway? And when is it coming out? True there are glitches.

This game (A Heroe's Tail) is the 9th Spyro game overall.
Format: All. Apparently...
If you're deciding to try Spyro out for the first time, try out one of the first 3 as they were the best.
You make it sound like he has a tv show, if so, I haven't heard of it. His first appearence was in 1997 in the self titled 'Spyro the dragon', secondly, in 1999, 'Spyro2:Gateway to glimmer' (Or in america, Spyro 2:Ripto's Rage), then a year later in November 2000, Spyro 3:Year of the dragon.

Hmm? I never got a PS1 or 2, and my mom once bought me Season of Ice (or was it Flame? Meh.) for Christmas. It didn't strike me too well...I voted nay for rent or buy (I've got my sights on Nintendo's next releases), but maybe I don't know what I'm missing. Again, I say "meh".

That's happened to me bfore but still, Glitched games rock! ;D I'm not going to buy or rent the game. Doesn't interest me. But the last spyro game since you say it had glitches in it, i might try that. YAY GLITCHES! |

Yes, it has glitches, but like I said before, not interesting ones!! They are more the type that make you have to start the game up again to play it. (Example, the screen turns all white, and you can't play, and have to shut the game off, then turn it back on) Plus the loading times were really, really long! I don't know how many bugs or glitches it has, I only saw afew, and they were the ones that made you shut the game off. Like I said, their not interesting ones, if you want a glitch game, play pokemon red or blue, and catch missingno.
If you haven't played Spyro before, rent one of the first three, like PinkFloydYoshi said. My favorite was the first one.
