Hey, im not myself of a artist eathere -.- But you got the head right fine, all you need is practise on the body  BTF: If you want to improve, i suggest you to move from paint, to some more effectly programs (ex: gimp) othervise, it was great  |

The arms seem a bit too long, so you might want to make them shorter next time.
The hair isn't quite connected to the body, either. You may want to bring the bottom down more to meet the top of the head, as well.
MSPaint is fine, but the format you saved it in made it blur. You could try .gif or something next time, too.
The clothes fit well on the body, and the coloring all matches pretty decently. Great job, Melons.

Hey, I can't do Computer art very well at all, unless you count Photoshop sigmaking I suppose. It looks great. I really like his hair. ^^
