That's really cute, and I love how the lines thin at the ends. My only advise is that the hair looks nice comming from between the eyes instead of from the back. It makes it seem more attached, rather than just sitting there.

Nice outline against the background, it makes the picture a little easier to look at.
His glasses look like his eyes are watering, so you may want to add a little 3-D effect on those. I do like the shading, however.
Your sense of proportion is better on this one, as well. Good job.
