I love the effects on the clothes and the eyes.
Your coloring is much neater with Paint.
Again, the background matches nicely with the colors, but there's nothing in the background.

Very neat pic.
I like the shading and the detail on the clothes and eyes. Again, I'll say, "You really like to draw toungs, don't you?"
