I love that sky. It's awesome.
The sun... it's all shiny and stuff. Great job. And the flag and hat match, heheh.
The shoes seem a little small compared to the rest of the body. Next time, you may want to make them a little bit bigger.

A drawing of what you really love always ends up good... and this one ended up REALLY good!
That sunrise (or set) makes a great backround, not to mention that your hat matches your flag, as Yoshee pointed out before I could say it...
The head is overly large, but it looks neat that way, in fact, keep going on the large heads XD
