Okay. This is annoying and sad.
First of all, Yoshiru-kun, your title for this thread was amusing.
Secondly, eh, theft is everywhere, but in your situation, you are going to have troubles with this. The MP3s, Videos and Images on your site were first of all, copyrighted by Nintendo, thus you cannot claim the proper rights of it. It's sad to hear, I know, but basically, all work on here is Nintendo's, minus the content that you made by scratch. I know it was your hard work that got them to Yoshiart.com though, so I can understand why your pissed, I would be too.
Do you have disclaimers on this site? ^^;;[
Thirdly, well, who are his host providers? If you can prove that the work on this site were somewhat created by you, then, you should be able to show them that, forcing them to shut him down. If it comes down to your word against his however, then, handing over the original files (That were not ripped, screencaped, etc, depending on what file is was that is) may give you an advantage.
If it comes down to it, you can get yourself an online petition, and attempt to shut Lore/Yellow Yoshi down that way.
Or just get all of us to flame the crap out of him. I feel PMS-y, let me have a go at him.
