Virus help

I need help with this virus issue I been having lately. Its just that all of a sudden my computer became slow...and now we got the most serious virus today. Sad thing is I tried every virus killer like Ad-aware spybot S&D and Antivirus. Is there anymore things I could do?

If this doesn't work I may be absent from the computer for a while because I don't wanna risk doing anything else.

Maybe try getting norton anti virus and spysweeper to help, I don't if they can be downloaded, just making a suggestion.

Might want to try This virus scanner, it might pick up something your other programs may have missed. I'd recommend updating your definitions for AdAware and whatnot and scan again, if you haven't already.
