I still wouldn't call this art, but oh well. Soul was kind enough to give the original its own gallery. More mucking about in photoshop and figured I might as well post them anyway. Different approach than the Green Yoshi Airbus. No first class comforts this time, just the raw power of a light blue Yoshi Tornado. Kindly provided by the Royal Air Force of course. There was also a USAF Yoshi F-16 but it came out pretty bad. Looked more like a tribute to Yoshiken than Yoshi saying as it was painted red with a few blue stripes.       btw, those are external fuel tanks under the wings. Not bombs. |

Oh wow awesome! It's amazing what you did with the background and inserting the Yoshi tornado in it! And the illustrations on the plane are incredible. How did you place them on the plane, stupendous work! ;D

Hehe, those are groovin' indeed . Hey, how come YOSHI is flipped mirror reversed in some images, such as the third and fourth? |

ah, good point. Curses. Textures aren't usually laid out in a common sense way. As a rule one side is facing the right way and the other is mirrored. These are the actual raw textures: (32-bit bitmaps. BIG. 4mb each. As both the "Yoshi" and "Tornado" on the belly of the actual textures are both facing the same way. A pain but I guess that's how 10 hours sleep out of 50 hours awake helps you. You were the inspiration behind the colour scheme btw teh. Took the blue from your avatar and played about a bit. As for the background and 'inserting' anything, I didn't. Apart from cropping, these are all unedited screenshots from the game itself. |
