It's okay...
The arms are pretty scrany. The wings are pretty nice. Practice make perfect!
A little tip: I suggest make a large oval and a mediem oval on it's side first. Then make two small oval shapes conected to each other to make arms. Conect the the to big ovals.
If you follow this you get the basic shape of a dragon body.

i like the color choices too =3 but the paws should be rounder and not so square
