The second one does look a little better, but the water and the sky seem to blend in together a little too much. I think the water should have a little bit of a darker tint on it. Other than that, it's an awesome picture!

I think the first pic is the best. The waves make it seem that there is some motion, like wind or something like that. The reflection in the water looks awesome.
