COSMO! <333 I love cartoons!  I had the bizare need to post the sketch... EDIT: I'm also to lazy to finish at the moment, but wanted to show it since I haven't drawn a human for, like, ever and I never drew one on the computer before, so, critique is highly suggested to help me improve! OMG is that Cosmo? He seems dumb, I know that he is using stupidity to take out wanda and timmy foreeever!Mwahahahahahaha! *twitch* Anyway, Looks good, but I am not very fond of the wings. Maybe more rounded, or take out the lines? Other than that it's so kawaii!  |

That is pretty good for a first try, what program is it?
As for critiques, yes the wings need to be more rounded as Jazzy said and if you are going to finish it you might want to smooth out the arm and shirt and make the tie not look so, flat? Add some creases to the clothes to increase authenticity.

I love that pic, especially the expressions and chibi style. Cosmo's expression looks like something on invader zim.
