Very nice pic Jay. Nice shading and lineart. The only problem I see is that the leg on the right looks a little too small. Other than that, it looks great. Awesome Job Jay!

I think it looks great! Funny comment on the uber lateness thing. XD

Looks pretty good to me, although since you asked for critique the two main things that bug me are the position of his right leg, which to me looks like its held out too far, and could do with being rotated a little inward. I can't remember exactly but I think I've seen you do the same thing in a few of your other images you've shown here.
The other thing, is the shading, or (to me at least) the lack of it, some places could do with a lot more definition. For example on his shirt where I'd expect to see a lot of shading where the various folds would be, because some parts of it look to me like they just had a bevel filter applied, mainly due to the minimal shading. Also, there seem to be some places that need shading, but don't have any, such as his belt under his shirt.
I just noticed this, but around his outline there seems to be some areas of white pixels, not sure if thats from filling the background on the same layer, or something?
I bet you're getting sick of me pointing things out now, but it looks like you draw a lot of your pictures with the characters drawn in extremely similar poses. Maybe trying something different could mix things up a little, make it a little more interesting if the focus is on the guy doing something, not just standing there.
...But yeah despite all that its still pretty good by my standards.

I don't mind. Thanks though.
I'm having a ton of trouble with poses, I haven't learned much recently. I joined a forum and asked for help. All I know is that you draw a line to fix the pose, however, due to the fact that:
1.) I draw the characters a little too big. 2.) I don't know what would what look like in a certain pose. 3.) I keep using my How to Draw Manga book to help on the structure.
So basically, it's what the character may look like that gets me big time. So far I'm trying to learn from others, and most of it, it's the same tip, and it doesn't help...*sigh* I really hate myself for this. If anyone has a few tips to share, it would be really helpful. How the heck do most of you guys pose so good?
I might try to practice a few poses tonight if I can, parents don't want me up this late, but I never listen to them(Only 85% I don't listen XD). Thanks for the Comments.

I think it looks good overall, and I don't need to say anything 'cause moot pointed it all out. For help with the pose, well, what are they doing? Maybe you should make a practice sheet? Just practice basic poses like holding an arm out or looking up. Also practice drawing smaller 'cause I had a problem like that to. Other than that, I dunno but to keep on practicing with different poses. You'll get it eventually. ^^
