very cool, and so innocent.
perhaps to avoid that "boxiness" perhaps you should do, wrinkles and curves with the something more free hand like the paint brush tool.

It's all black, making the wrinkles harder to see. But I can make out the shading, which is cool.
The background also fits the mood, adding to the picture instead of drawing attention away from it.
Would't his other hand be supporting the hand with the ring, though?
And his hair isn't as shiny as it would be with light coming from that angle. Just a little shine on his scales would make it more... clean-looking, as well.

The boxiness of your art is a unique style Hero. Yoshee pretty much told you about the blackness making it harder to see the detail, but it's a really great Picture. Nice Job. ^^
