Those are awesome, and the shading and hair is amazing. I especially like the CPR trouble.

Something about him looks flat. I think it's because his back is a little too straight in most of the pictures... I suppose you could make him slouch more in future pictures. I'm not exactly sure, though.

On the other hand, your coloring, shading and backgrounds are all amazing. Keep doing that, haha.
I like the way you do the heads, too. All that detail looks nice with those colors.
