This actually took a little while to sketch- it might have something to do with the fact that that stupid hat was the hardest part to draw XD

My only critique is that his arms don't really look like they're comming out of a shell, and his eyes seem to go under his snout (or create the illusion)

I wouldn't want to put my hands behind my back if I were him 0_o
