I love how realistic he looks- you can even see his cheekbones and such a little. Very well done there.
He looks so insane with eyes like that, haha.
I can't see anything that's missing except a little more erasing. It looks just slightly sloppy...

As for the sloppiness, he looks rather clean on paper. The scanner just likes to enhance the minisculey-est details.

Alright, first of all, for some reason, dashunds look REALLY cute angry. Maybe it's just me, or it's your drawing skill. It's looks awsome. And personally, I really like how you drew the nose. A little critique would be the eye on the right (not the dogs right D:) looks a little... off. It should be a bit sideways, but not as much.
But it's still too cute.
