I agree with Masakuni. Very cartoonist . I like it. But you colored it using brush, or simple Digital art? x)

There is something about your style; that is more than appealing, or attractive, or superfounded.
Your style, is different from what many people do these days. You are able to get down the cartoonish style; while not dampering from what the ol' goodies of cartoons once were. It's striking really, since the majority of artists often fall on the bandwagon. Their version of cartoony; is abstract, or out of focus. Yet, yours brings back memories from childhood. Those cartoons that used to be on TV, that almost every kid had to watch. Not watching them, was commiting acts of heresy. And, a child with no cartoons, is a child with no hope. You even know that; you're likely the best girl who keeps so intact with her childhood, that you're so different. You know what the good cartoons are. You're able to have fun, to play, and to joke. That is what makes you special, and that is what makes your art special. You take something, hilarious, and make it even more than just "funny". Your art, is a touch on the wild side, the free side.
This picture, is just striking, very deep in it's adoration and meaning. Of course, it's not philosophy. It's just, funny; it's just, cute. The way Gem looks, is so huggable; though, she is a pirate. She can't pull away from that cute form you put in her face. The style is very controlled; very curved. There are hardly any straight lines in your pieces. That makes them fit better, you keep things very circular. Very round and round; makes it more exciting, more lucid. You should be the cream of the crop with your notion of drawing. Also, got to love the hook and the bandanna against her head.
By the by, love the way your tail curls. Girl, you know what a Lizard is. And you keep your heart against your style. Don't stop drawing, because your art has improved non stop; everyday that you've kept going.
