Holy crap! I drew a Muscular Dragon! And that Muscular Dragon is Jay!!! O..O;;
Hehe, yep. Muscles, one of my favorite things in the Furry Fandom. Well...they seem all badass and stuff, so...their awesome, muscular dragons that is... ^^
This was my...3rd attempt at this, however I didn't have enough reference to do so those 1st and 2nd times...so...I have to thank three people in a place called Offscale IRC: Dragonien (Drago), Mat, and NinjaPuppy for helping me out, finding some great reference pictures.
The only thing I dislike about this picture is that shady background and smudges. I was going to draw Jay's wings, but I screwed up so many times, the mistakes were there. So...in order to fix it, I decided to shade the empty spots that were there. However, a lot of smudges happened during the shading. Also I made a couple of mistakes with the eyes. But either way, this is a great attempt. I may do it again when I have the chance hopefully.
Oh yeah...the whiskers...well...I was planning to give Jay those whiskers a while back (Like in Mid March or something) since he's supposed to be part Eastern, but I dropped the idea...well...sort of. I decided to give him whiskers in this picture though, cause they seemed cool.
The pants were a bit of a pain, since they are supposed to be on pretty tight...>.> The tag around his neck was just something I thought of when I just found my old tag.
So...I'm going to keep practicing on drawing muscled Dragons, but that doesn't mean I won't stop drawing my usual stuff. Take care!
