Thank you! Usually when I draw my fursona, it takes me so much less time than it does when I draw other things, then it usually takes me from 1-3 hours. I often don't color either (color isn't neccessarily my thing), but I'm really glad you like it!

They all look cute to me! I like your fursona, you usually don't see cats with spots (or whatever that would be called, lol). You should definitely practice with shading, I think you could do well with it with a little bit of practice! It could really add something to your artwork, too.
