ok, like, theres a bunch of yoshi types out there...theres the old school yoshi from the first super mario brothers, and the one from yoshis island, and then the really cute one from yoshi's story, and the new one with the koopa looking shell sattle yatta hootie on its back...ok i could go on for ever, any way, my fav is either the one from super star saga ;D, or yoshi story. their so coot!!! *huggles cute yoshis*

My favorite will always be the Yoshi's Island style  . But I am liking the very new style that's in the recent GBA/DS (but not GameCube) games (only on the official renders). That one kind of looks like a cross between Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Story. I also love the style that's in Mario Tennis N64 and Mario Party. |

The Yoshi's Island Yoshi's are great (Especially the Pink one XD).
They're all great in my opinion. A Yoshi's a Yoshi, if you know what I mean.
I like the Yoshi's Island Yoshi's the most though. The Yoshi's Story ones are still cute though (The new born Yoshi's, and the Pink one...).

I have four favorite types. One being the yoshi in Paper Mario 1 and another in Paper Mario 2. I love the Yoshis' Island style and of course, the one from Super Mario World. I don't like the newer Gamecube type looks for him, I thought Yoshi and the Koopa Troop were enemies so why would he be using their armor? But yeah, that's pretty much it. I kinda like all the Yoshi's. They don't look much different if you ask me. I DID notice that the Yoshis on the first three Mario Party games has a smaller tail. I didn't like that guy, but I like all the other ones.  |

I think the Yoshi Island yoshies look best.
Funny little story here. My yoshi character, Tek, was made before Yoshi Island. More based off Yoshi from the cartoons, but just being smart enough to be a silly gadgeteer. Now, through all the RPing with my brothers (when we were younger, anyway), and the stories I've written, I'm all... really weird now. Being a yoshi is no longer relivent to how my character is now ^_^;;
All in all, I pride in being still somewhat of a classic yellow =P

my favorite yoshis are the ones from Yoshi's Island. Besides Yoshi's Story, Mario Sunshine and Mario Party, I haven't really seen any other styles of Yoshis in other games...

The Yoshi from Yoshi's Island is pretty much the same as the one in SSBM, only the latter is 3D. I like that style with the hunch, but the way he is in SMS (where he's hunched when Mario rides him, and standing straight when he's not) is pretty good, too... Of course, given all the stuff I've 'added' to my character, I have to go off of the base, which was the SMW2 Yoshi. keep up the good work   ~timyoshi |
