Anjil and the Sapphire Locket
Its-a me Mailtroid! There is a new fanfic from Joshi! I hope you all enjoy it! Maybe you know it...he`s banned... but as long as he has MSN...
The sun shone through Anjil’s window, the early dew began to evaporate, and the trees swayed to and fro. It was the sign of morning time. Anjil slowly woke up and folded her sheets. She ironed them firmly so that the wrinkles would disappear. She stretched her arms wide and opened her window, admiring the sun. She tip-toed to her chest and opened it. She grabbed her mother’s Sapphire Locket out of the chest and placed it around her neck. Gently, she closed her chest and walked out the door.
“Ah, what a glorious morning to wake up to,” she said. “I wonder how the rest of the village is waking up?”
Anjil ran through the meadows and over to the village. She found that Tim Yoshi was troubled.
“Tim Yoshi, what’s the matter?” she asked.
“My gloves were stolen. My mother gave them to me, it means so much. Who would be so vile to take it?”
“Oh, that is terrible. When were they stolen?”
“I woke up to find that they were missing.”
“Then the culprit cannot be far. Don’t lose hope Tim, we can find them. I’ll just go stop by at Teh Yoshi’s place, all right?”
“Thanks! Take care Anjil.”
“Take care Tim!” she said as she blew a kiss to Tim and walked towards the beach. There she knew she would encounter Teh Yoshi. Just before she reached the beach, she saw a purple substance hopping along the rooftops. Anjil found it rather suspicious; she also noticed that this strange figure wore the same gloves Tim lost. Nevertheless, she walked to Teh Yoshi’s house.
Anjil could not see any sign of Teh Yoshi, however. She looked around and even saw his dolphin with goggles swimming around waiting for him. She entered Teh Yoshi’s hut, but no sign of him. She caught a glimpse of her locket, and noticed it was shining towards a small forest. She overheard a grunt coming out from behind the trees, then shouts.
“You better let go of my medallion!” the voice said.
Anjil quickly dashed in but it was too late. Teh Yoshi appeared flying off from the trees and landed on his back. With a gasp, Anjil promptly ran to him to pick him up.
“Are you all right, what happened?” Anjil asked.
“This ... thing swiped my dolphin medallion. That thing is worth a fortune. I found it under the old sunken ship at the bottom of the ocean.”
“Hmm, first Tim Yoshi, then Teh ... how did this guy look like?” she asked.
“I could not tell. It was in the shadow the entire time. I’m going to find that menace and get my medallion back!”
“Perhaps someone else may get swiped. I’m going to visit Joshi. Stay here Teh, please; I don’t want you to get hurt.” She said as she blew a kiss to Teh Yoshi and ran back to the village.
Once again, while she was walking by, the purple figure hopped among the rooftops. She gazed upon it and noticed there was something different about him. He wore a medallion. Hopping along the rooftops was Mailtroid and Koshizu.
“Ok, stop you thief!” yelled Mailtroid.
“Hey, come back here with my ring! Give it back, please!” Koshizu yelled in desperation.
“Wow, it seems that Koshizu’s ring means so much to her as well. Isn’t that the ring her grandmother gave her to use as an engagement ring? That quaint little ring looks very elegant and expensive. I must help.”
Anjil flew in front of the purple thief to try to stop it. The thief almost hit her, if it weren’t for her Sapphire Locket that pushed him back. When the thief saw the locket, his eyes shone brightly; he soon disappeared.
“Oh no! My ring is gone! I cannot believe this.” cried Koshizu.
“Gee Koshizu, I should’ve been quicker. I’m sorry.” comforted Mailtroid.
“Are you both all right? What happened? How did he swipe your ring Koshizu?” Anjil asked.
“Mailtroid and I saw this one of a kind paintbrush at the store. We met up with Joshi who was talking to Tim. Joshi was giving Tim some gloves and Tim started dancing with joy. I think he said, “I found them in an underground cave,” but didn’t hear the rest. When I looked at my ring, it was gone. I looked back at Joshi and he was running with away with Tim Yoshi somewhere. Rather strange, isn’t it? Mailtroid spotted the thief coming out of the girls’ powder room. Before we knew it, we were at a chase.”
“Wait, did you just say Joshi gave Tim some gloves? I just noticed that the thief was not wearing any gloves this time. An underground cave? Maybe he meant the Underground Mine. I need to find Joshi.”
“Joshi? Oh, he told me he’ll be at the bakery at this hour. He’s eating cup cakes with Tim Yoshi.” explained Mailtroid.
“Thanks! I’ll be sure to meet him there.” said Anjil.
