After the battle, Yoshiken was teleported back to Lt. Tronzoa’s base. His paralysis wore off and he walked in shame to his room. Before he crossed the Control Room, Lt. Tronzoa caught sight of him.
“Did you catch the boy?” he asked patiently waiting for a response.
“Uh, since you put it that way, I was like close to getting him when I was teleported here.” he said, hoping for the excuse to defend him.
LT. Tronzoa gave him a stare in his chair. They remained in place, staring at one another until Lt. Tronzoa caught his breath.
“Come here. Now!” Lt. Tronzoa demanded.
“Y-Yes sir.”
Yoshiken walked up to Lt. Tronzoa who smiled at him.
“You failed me again, you know what that means?”
“No...”
“It means THIS!!!”
Lt. Tronzoa knocked Yoshiken on the floor onto his back. He placed his foot on his stomach and applied pressure while Yoshiken was regaining strength.
“For every time you fail me, it’ll be both painful to me and to you! Trust me Yoshiken; this hurts me a lot more than it hurts you!”
Lt. Tronzoa lifted his foot and Yoshiken remained on the floor. Tronzoa looked at his screen and shut it down. He stood up from his chair and walked to his bedroom.
“Sir! I have one more thing.” said Yoshiken still on the floor.
“What is that Agent?”
“Tomorrow, Joshi will be at the supermarket to buy a few things.”
“Excellent work, you’ll be there and you will capture him this time. I have a little message I must send to my dear little brother.” said Lt. Tronzoa, smiling just as sinister as before.
“Sir, would you please help me up?”
“HELP YOURSELF, YOU WEAKLING!”
In the morning, Mowry woke up to get Joshi prepared for the Supermarket. He gathered some experiments and his shopping list. He walked to Joshi’s bed to awaken him.
“Joshi, wake up, today’s the big day!” he said cheerfully.
Joshi yawned and stood up from his bed. He made the bed and walked up to Mowry.
“What are those?” asked Joshi pointing to the experiments.
“It is the other experiments I wanted you to test. I want you to use each and every single one of them on your way to the Supermarket, and then tell me how they worked! Oh and here is the shopping list.” He said, handing over the items.
“Wow, these look really neat, what do they do?”
“Well, let me explain all of them to you:
1. YATE Air Conditioner: Refreshes you on a hot sunny day.
2. YATE Rocket Shoes: For speedy traveling.
3. YATE Water Launcher: I’m sure you’re familiar with this one. It shoots powerful water blasts, comes in pretty handy when putting out a fire.
4. YATE Plasma Barrier: A protective barrier that keeps you invincible for as long as the energy lasts.
5. YATE Communicator: Allows you to receive any transmission. I also made the antenna weigh little so you can put on your hair right here without bothering it.
6. YATE Screen: Allows you to see any visual transmission. Works best if you have the YATE Communicator, they can work together to receive both the messages and the senders on the screen.
7. YATE Paralysis Whip: I’m sure you are familiar with this one also.
8. YATE Power Gauntlet: Ooh, you’ll love this one, a powerful gauntlet that gives you strength to carry 1000 times your weight. It also packs a powerful punch whenever you want to punch a boulder out of the way, or when someone is just getting right up your face.
9. YATE Purifier: Purifies any dangerous natural threats, such as poison, and it can also purify lava by making it cool enough to walk over, pretty neat huh?
10. YATE Stealth Disguise Generator: Allows you to disguise yourself as anyone you wish.
11. YATE Jetpack: Allows you to fly high in the air!
12. YATE Radar: Shows you where anything is located at any time! Try using it to find the Supermarket. Just type in Supermarket and a signal on the radar should show to lead you towards the Supermarket. Then after you’ve done that, type in Yoshi Advanced Technologies Enterprise to get back.
That’s pretty much it for now; I wouldn't want you to carry so much. Take care now!” he said as he waved goodbye to Joshi.
Joshi left the enterprise to visit the Supermarket. While he was leaving, he decided to give everything a try.
“Ok, let’s start with those dried up flowers over there. I’ll use the Water Launcher.”
Joshi launched a small stream of water to the flower patch. The flowers quickly sucked up all the water. He then noticed a huge flower patch with wilted flowers. He charged up the Water Launcher and sent a Water Sphere high into the sky. It began to drop rain on the wilted flowers, who sucked it all up and raised their buds once more!
“Yes! Water Launcher is successful!”
Joshi proceed to follow the radar towards the Supermarket. He came across a Shy Guy with a spear. Joshi thought quick and used his YATE Paralysis Whip to paralyze the Shy Guy; yet another success. Joshi came across a swamp he could not cross by foot. He activated the jetpack to fly over it. It was a bit difficult to maneuver, but he got across safely. Afterwards, he spotted a wounded animal with poison. He activated the YATE Purifier and purified the wound of the animal. It got back on its feet and ran away.
“You’re welcome!” Joshi yelled to the sprinting animal.
Joshi was getting near the Supermarket when he noticed he ran out of trees and the sun was shining hot upon him.
“Time to activate the YATE Air Conditioner, I think this one was a genius idea from Professor Mowrylean, so convenient. Ah.” said Joshi activating his Air Conditioner.
Joshi saw the Supermarket up ahead when he got a call from Professor Mowrylean. He heard him talking through the Communicator and saw him talking through the Screen.
“So do they work?” asked Mowry.
“So far, all of the ones I used worked, including the YATE Communicator and Screen as I’m seeing right now. I’m near the Supermarket, it’s right up ahead.”
“Excellent work, continue to test the rest, I have another bunch for you coming up. Over and out!”
Joshi wanted to begin the shopping now before the Supermarket fills up.
“Time to jet!” he said as he activated his Rocket Shoes.
