Hehe nice name, huh? This is the one I never really wrote.
PART 1, Chapter 1
One day, Yoshi, Lemon (A yellow Yoshi), and Moe(A white) were taking a walk together. Suddenly, a Paratroopa came barreling out of the bushes near them and rammed into Lemon. "HELP!!!" The Paratroopa screamed. Before he could fly off, Lemon grabbed him.
"What's wrong?" Yoshi asked. The Paratroopa wouldn't calm down. "WHAT'S WRONG?!" Yoshi roared, and the Paratroopa quieted. He whispered, "I'm sorry. When I get panicked... oh well." He sighed. "I'm Scouter, a rebellious Paratroopa of Bowser's. He's planning on attacking the Islands!"
"Again?" Moe asked.
"What's he doing this time?" Lemon said to Scouter.
"I think he's dropping Bomb-ombs, then he's taking an army and invading."
"Oh no!" Yoshi said. "We need to stock up on fruits and go in our basements."
I already have this one finished, so it'll come a lot quicker. The characters are not based on anyone on particular, except one who was influenced by Voshee.

This one's kinda short, but it gets longer.
Chapter 2
Once they were in their basements, Yoshi, Lemon, Moe, Cherry (red), Shadow (black), Mellie (green), and Candy (pink) had plenty of fruit, settled down, and listened to Scouter as he babbled on endlessly about the texture of Koopa shells.
"If only Mario could help us..." Yoshi thought, but Mario was enjoying his vacation on Isle Delfino.

AHAHA! Third Chapter out! XD
Chap. 3
They had, of course, warned all the other Yoshies. Hundreds of them had brought out their secret stashes of fruit and gone into hiding.
Yoshi suddenly heard a rumbling sound. "Tell me that was your stomache..." Shadow murmured. "Don't worry; ot was mine!" Mellie said. They all gave a nervous laugh.
All of a sudden, Candy shouted, "Here it comes!" BOOM!!! CRASH!!! Some of the roof was blown away! Cherry screamed, "LOOK OUT, YOSHI!!!" It was all he could do to dodge the huge chunk of crumbling roof. Then, all was quiet. Yoshi couldn't see much, but he felt as Scouter flew him up the damaged wall and heard the others groaning and sighing with relief that the Bomb-omb barrage was finally over.

PART 2, Chap. 4
Flip shuddered. He had never liked the stuff Kamek served to him. Flip, as he had always been called, was a distorted Yoshi, thanks to Bowser and Kamek's magic. he had small fangs, huge wings, muscular arms, a long tail that spaded out at the end (the tip being white), clawed toes that stuck out of his shoes, a red spto where his saddle should be, and large sunglasses (no idea why). He was bigger that the average Yoshi, amd his tongue had somehow maintained normalcy (along with the rest of his head except for his blue-magenta-gold eyes).
Flip drank the strange-smelling potion anyways. He was smart, and knew the potions would make him stronger. He sometimes wondered if there were other animals besides the boring Koopas, Shy Guys, Boos, and Goombas. He knew there was Bowser and Kamek, but they kept too many secrets to guess at anything. He had learned to wait and see what Bowser was doing, but never knew why he always came home bruised and defeated-looking.

Chap. 5
Flip watched as Bowser prepared a Bomb-omb army, then left a Bowser robot in charge and left with his son. He saw a Paratroopa moving in the corner of his eye, but ignored it. They were always fluttering about, babbling their reports. Bowser came up to Flip and said, "You're to do as Kamek says. I'm going on vacation for a while." "Alright..." Flip replied.
Critique me, if you want. I does get longer as the story goes on...

Chap. 6
Flip was treated worse and worse by the Bowser robot, since it thought he was a regular Yoshi. "That's it, I'm outta here!" Flip decided, as Kamek was just sending off the army of Bomb-ombs to some unknown place. Flip decided to follow them...wherever they were going. He flew over the sea and saw some beautiful islands below. "That's where the Bomb-ombs seem to be headed," He said to himself. "After they land, I'll go there!"

PART 3
Chapter 7
The smoke cleared, and Yoshi looked around. Most of the trees in the woods looked unharmed, but some had deep burn marks running along the sides. Cherry winced in disgust and said,
"The bananas and apples are singed, a melon exploded, and Moe is running around having fun with the fresh Apple Crisp!"
"Oh, quit your whining," Mellie said. "It tastes good!"
"For some odd reason..." Yoshi began. "She's right!" He laughed. "It's great!" He accidentaly ate a pepper when he reached for another burnt apple. "BLEEEECH! Who put that there!?" He grimaced.
"Sorry, those are mine!" Shadow answered, stuffing one in his mouth. Scouter laughed, putting down Candy.
"We're all here now, let's look for Bowser and give him what's been comin' at 'im!" Moe declared, raising his fists. Candy grinned.
"Why not just give him a mirror? He'll faint in disgust at his own face." She said, and they all laughed.
"Yeah, let's go. We don't have any time to lose!" Yoshi said.
