Chapter 2 – 2 new lovers…One Ice User
Previously-
A small Yoshi of the Glitz Pitz, Gonzales Jr. was on his way to Yoshi Island. When he got there, a star piece was in the water, floating about. He picked it up and moved on. He got to a Yoshi Village and spoke with the Village Leader and heard about the legendary star pieces. He obtained electricity, and now must find the owner of the power of ice.
- Now on to the story.
Gonzales Jr. saw two Yoshis sticking their heads in the bushes. On was Green, the other was blue. “What are those two doing?” He asked himself with a confused look on his face. He crept slowly and stuck his head in the bushes. He looked up and found a plain green Yoshi and a blue Yoshi with sunglasses. They stared near a waterfall with hearts in the eyes. All of a sudden, a light blue Yoshi with angel wings busted through the falls. Both of them started to speaking to themselves.
“She’s awesome,” the green Yoshi said.
“Man, she’s hot,” the blue Yoshi said.
“Okay…this is weird,” Jr. said with a annoyed expression on his face.
The angel winged Yoshi suddenly took off in the air, causing the two lovesick Yoshis to follow. Jr. followed them into the woods. When they reached the clearing, the two were heading for a cliff.
“Look out! A Cliff is in-“
Too late. They fell off, rolling and bouncing off the rocky edge, causing them to pile up. Jr. jumped from ledge to ledge to find them unconscious. He looked up finding the Yoshi flying into a clearing. Jr. walked into the clearing to see another Yoshi except red with wings, blue headband, and blonde hair. Jr. snuck behind a tree, eavesdropping …
“Did you find it?” The Red Yoshi said with a sad expression.
“I’m afraid not,” she said also with a sad expression.
“Ouch. She lost something special? I should…”
As soon as Jr. was about to finish, the Ice Star Piece started to react wildly and pointed to the angel-winged Yoshi.
“Wow! She’s the owner of this star piece! I should give it to her!”
He ran to her, waving his arms.
“Hey! Excuse me miss!”
She turned around and saw him running rapidly.
“Whoa, whoa, stop little guy,” the red Yoshi said.
Jr. stopped and skidded on the ground, tiring him out.
“Excuse…me…miss…,” he said tired.
“Yes, what is it?” She asked.
“This…this is yours,” he said giving her the star piece.
“What’s this?”
“It’s a special star piece it contains the power of ice.”
“What is it Anjil?” He asked.
“Anjil?” Jr. asked.
“Oh yeah, my name is Anjil, this is Yoshiken,” She introduced.
“My name is Gonzales Jr., but call me Jr.,” he said.
“Hey man, what’s up with this thing?”
“It’s a Elemental Star Piece. I have the power of electricity. She’ll have the power Ice if she puts it on.”
“Really…” She puts it around her neck, and looks at it. “Wow. That looks beautiful on you,” Yoshiken said. She started to giggle a little. “Why thank you. How does it work?” She asked.
“Okay, hold your hand out and concentrate,” Jr. instructed.
She held out her hand and concentrated hard. It started to get cold in the area. All of a sudden, a icy explosion occurred, causing the area to freeze. She opened her eyes, satring the frozen landscape.
“Oh wow. How was that?” She asked and turned around, finding two frozen figures.
“C…Cool,” Jr. said shivering in a block of ice.
“Really cool,” Yoshiken said. He started to heat up and thaw out. He was free from that icy prison and unfroze Jr.
“Thanks. How did you do that?” He asked.
“Heh, long story.”
Meanwhile… two Yoshis were encased in ice.
“This is totally cold,” The blue Yoshi said.
“Lets hope I thaw out soon,” said the green Yoshi.
They’ll be there for a while… ^^.
