Gildaldon stood up suddenly. " Gangs corrupt out lands. Factions rise against us as we speak! And what do you have to say? No prof! I see the proof. Every corner I turn i see the signs. We are going into war!"
The senate replied, " We are not going into war! We are coming out of it. This corruption that you see is the scar of war. Not a foretelling of it!"
Gildaldon then remarked, " Are you not blind! There is no war to come out off. Bowser destroyed himself! It was not we how fueled it destruction! It was his own soul...his corruption that destroyed him! This taint that we see know...this is not his scar...but the foretelling of war! We must rid these lands of the corrupted. We must pull our self away from these rebellions!"
" Rebellions! There are no rebellions. If there were why haven't they stormed our capital?"
"They are not powerful enough yet--"
"So if they are not powerful why should we worry! I've heard your voice long enough. Gildaldon, I know your kind. You wizards think you can see the future!"
"It is not the future that brings tidings..it is the past. Have you not learned from your mistakes?"
The Senate then said, " I have no time for your worthless accusations! Begone!"
Gildaldon then turned and as he left he said, " One day...when darkness covers our lands...you will be sorry for denying what I have said to you."
He then left the halls...
Gildaldon peaked out from the brush. The outpost was well guarded. He would have to sneak his way in...
