Chapter 2
He opened the box. He peeked over the lid. What he saw confused him but at the same time gave him some hope. He reached in and took the device. It started playing a recording.
"I must say, bravo for finding this. I never thought you had any...true abilities.(laugh)"
Gildaldon swelled with anger at the voice.
" I have a bomb stationed in the heart of your capital city. No not the Golden halls this time."
This made him more angry. The golden halls was were the counsel was. It had bean bombed during the war with bowser. But the silver halls of his home...he had not seen them for an age...He could not let this bomb go off.
" If you do not do as we instruct you. We will detonate the bomb. You are to....asasinate...a few members at the counsel." A hologram raised up 3 figures.
Oh no....the 3 people were his Friends, the only ones who were not so...corrupted.
" Afterwardes go to a warehouse at these coordinates. 1227 -2372"
He made the mental note. He was good at remembering things.
" We will give you another job there. You have 24 hours to complete the jobs...starting...now."
A countdown came from the hologram.
"Good luck"
Then he heard it. A beeping noise. It sound like a...
He snatched up the tiny hologram and threw himself out of the vault. The recording device exploded and the vault crumpled down on top of it.
He had 24 hours...to rid the world of evil. He knew that if the countdown timer got to 0...the bomb would blow. So he would have to figure out some way to fake the counselor's' deaths. And he would have to think of a way fast...
