have you play the gameboy or snes you play as pac man but not eat dot just shooting other pac man and get into Finished flashing level

A pacman adventure game?
That'd be either Pac In Time, or The Adventures Of Pac-Man (2?), both for the SNES. I think.

no it has 3D Map and 3d Kinda look like polygan Pac man without eye
and a goal is flashing wall
