Yeah yeah, you know what that stands for. Anyway, I got back playing the game, and I don't understand what's the purple of those shade glasses the guy give you, the one he's wearing shades.

I think you mean purpose rather than purple. Am I correct? If so, the shades only have one purpose (that I know of) : darken the TV screen. It's for people who are sensitive to bright lights. That's why he only lets you where them when you get later in the game, because the more shine sprites you get, the more bright it becomes. Also, if you get farther in the game, he'll also let you wear a shine sprite shirt. It looks good with the shades. I don't know how far you have to get though...maybe 100 shines..I read somewhere that when you got all 120 that was the only time you could wear it, but I remember i had worn it when I had 107 shines...

Awesome I didn't know that! By the way, you need to defeat Bowser to get the Shine Shirt. I got it when I had about 80 or so.
