The camera in the N64 is wierd. I get stuck sometimes too, if that's what you're saying. Is it just that one part?

*Sigh* Will you people PLEASE compress your images? Not everyone has cable and people on 56k modems don't have TIME to sit around and wait for a three meg picture to open that would normally be an eighth of that size as a JPG, possibly even smaller! It's not all that hard! Just open the picture in Paint, go to Save As, and as the file type, select JPG. It'll take you five extra seconds to save US five extra minutes.
I'm still waiting for this thing to load and it's been several minutes. It says its a 652x554 pixel bitmap. At 24 bits per pixel, that's 8668992 bits. Eight bits to a byte, that's 1083624 bytes. 1024 bytes to a kilobyte is 1058.226563 kilobytes. A modem does about 3 kilobytes a second, meaning a 352.7421875 second wait, 5.879036458 minutes... NEARLY SIX MINUTES, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.
Please... it's common courtesy to compress pictures. Plus, having a file that size will eat up your hosting space, meaning you run out of it sooner. For everyone's good, save that picture as a JPG file.
Anyway, you're probably looking at the programmer's problem called "Clipping" where objects randomly disappear or fall through other objects as though they weren't there. Clipping was a problem on quite a few N64 games due to orbiting cameras, but it got fixed on the Gamecube.

I meant in General. Super Mario Sunshine came out before SM64DS, and they'd fixed the clipping issue by then.

There's even a glitch I have found in Super Mario 64. If you have already got all 120 stars, get your flying cap from the castle roof, go back down and use the cannon. Now, aim all the way up to the sky, and blast up to the air and fly towards to the topest castle tower. If you do this right, and reach to the 2nd height pillar, you'll fall in through the roof and to the ground. You'll be stuck to the otherside of the large doors. Try go through, and as you go onto the next screen, you don't normally appear inside the castle, you appear on the opposite side of the hall. You're stuck no matter what! That's how I found out about that glitch.

That's OLD. It's called the black room of death or something like that, butit's possible to get out. I think you have to be on the castle side, and you run towards the door, do a sideways jump up to the wall, wall-kick off it, and go back through the wall onto the outside. Ta-daa!

Weird name Darkmark, but I see what you mean. I never though of doing that. Heh, who knows, if the game still goes bad in DS, I'm not gonna buy it.
