if you get all a rank on cannon's core,do you get alternate costumes for metal sonic,amy,etc...?

here's something stupid.i was getting coins for amy's theme,and i started a new game on file 2,and the black market went back to selling basic stuff.by the way, i just chaecked gamefaqs,and amy,metal sonic,tikal,etc... don't have hidden costumes.
