I got detention for not handing in homework that should have been done, when I watched that series.

That series rocked. Thing is, the episodes I have use up 1.2Gb on my hard drive. Extremely high quality. If it does make it to channel 4 anytime soon again, I'll re-record them myself.

Thoise who've never seen one shows Yoshi has a full vocabulary, instead of the rather current "Yoshi!" and grunts from flutter jumping or egg-throwing. One of them showed him dancing. I'll have to watch them through again..

I think some of it was drawn by one person who wasn't so experienced in drawing Yoshi, and another person that had the experience. Makes sense. Some of the drawings are perfect.

Ah, these would be the Super Mario World episodes. A bit confusing to refer to them as a Yoshi TV series.

Though to be honest, I would ask people not to download the "high quality" versions from this website.

Why?

Because I requested that all the files I have provided for Yoshiart.com be removed, included the following videos:
Show intro
The Yoshi Shuffle
Rock TV
A Little Learning
Mama Luigi
Gopher Bash

The other two videos are to my knowledge by Danny Asherman and I have no claim over them obviously.

Anyway, I asked for my files to be removed on... Friday the 25th of February. Come the update on the 28th, not only are the files still online, my name/credit has been removed from the download page and from the contributers page of the website.
Not only that, but more of my files have been uploaded instead. The 2 new Yoshi Island MP3's I sent to Soul in September and October.

I've also been banned from the forum, hence posting as a guest. There has been a squabble behind the scenes and apparently banning people from the forums for no apparent reason seems to be the solution. (who's the one with the power and using it now, eh soul?)

Remember that whole issue there was back in September about Yellow Yoshi and Yoshi Lore? Well, Soul is doing that right now with my files. I'm half expecting them to be reuploaded soon with my name removed from the start and finish.
Its been removed from everywhere else.

So, if you'd like to see the videos I suggest downloading them from Yoshi Lore (They are in lower quality and don't have Danny's consent, but neither are the files knowingly there against his will) or to ask me for them over a service like MSN or AIM for the higher quality ones and if I'm free, I can send them over.

Sorry to bring this onto the forums but seeing my credit removed from every page made it pretty clear what was going on. Read and remember this post if you can because it might very well be deleted

Funny how Soul can complain endlessly about Yoshi Lore stealing YoshiArt's files, complain at how Yellw Yoshi removed his credit form one of the image files, yet he'll do it, himself, on files that have been peacefully and requested removed, in a civilized manner.

Now, allow me to present my side of the story.

Point #1: I had a very big problem with Koshizu recently. The problem was that she sent some hyperlinks to Joshi without letting him know that they contained very mature drawings. Joshi was very offended. So I requested Koshizu to promise that she wasn't going to do this again (that she was not going to show adult stuff anymore to people that she met through my site without warning them first). She totally refused. Then Bry stepped in, and basically told me that I was a complete jerk in requesting that and that I immediately leave her alone, or he was going to give me more problems. And he didn't use his classical "gentleman" tone of voice for any of this either. So naturally I had to ban both of them to at least make it harder for them to continue doing the things I told them not to do. I will never allow such inconsiderate people to use my site network.

Point #2: Bry DONATED these episodes. They were a GIFT. And because of that they can't be taken away. Unlike Yellow Yoshi, I did NOT steal these episodes from anyone. So I believe that gives me the right to keep them. Plus, the credits ARE STILL there, if you download the episodes you will see them very clearly. I will leave these credits there if you stop now but if you continue then I will have to remove them.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION, these same mp3s have been submitted by SEVERAL people, not just you. I evaluated all of them, then I chose one of each & deleted the rest. They were so similar that the only difference was that they had a few bytes more or less in file size.

There's a very good reason for everything I did/am doing.

For the record, I had made a very very long post which included links to all of the emails involved in this dispute which Soul has deleted in order to make his threat to each and every single member of this board.
My post also started with the following which I think is important to be posted:

"Firstly, a retraction. Only one of the two new mp3's is mine. An honest error on my part. The unauthorised file is the track of all the Yoshi's Island map varients into one mp3. The Athletic track has nothing to do with me, my apologies there."

I am an honest and straight person that will admit my mistakes. That was one of them and I would like it to be publically known that I was wrong about one of the mp3's.
I saved that post to my HDD and the emails are still online so if anyone wants to know the full and true story, obviously contact me away from this forum if you're curious as to what could possibly spook Soul so much that he resorts to such threats.

Wow. I never thought it would come to this, but I guess theres a first time for everything.

I didn't believe there was anyone out in this world who was as mind-numbingly contradicting as yourself, Soul. You're just as bad as Yellow Yoshi, if not even more so.
Abuse of power is the term which comes to mind, although its not like this is the first time its happened either.

Oh...and ripping credit off gifts is OK now? So that means I can take off your credit in the picture you gave as a gift to me? Paste over it and fool everyone into thinking I spent all that hard work on it instead of you?

I refrained from posting here for many reasons; I did not want to cause more conflict/I was told not to/I had no need to. But I think its only fair I get to say goodbye and thank all the members and people I met here, who welcomed me and all. Sorry you all had to witness this, and I'm especially sorry to Tim also for bringing such hardships to the board. As he always said to me, 'Justice will be served'. Heres hoping.
