How do you get purple yoshi in Yoshi's Story? has anyone ever gotten him?

I never played the game but I heard you're supposed to get all the coins in a mode or something. I heard it very tough. And you might want to make you sig a little bit smaller.

There isn't a Purple Yoshi, its just a rumour that doesn't seem to have disappeared yet.

From what I can recall they just spell out a secret message.
If Purple was in there somebody would have found it by now

i thought i saw people having purple yoshi - i thought i saw secret official nintendo yoshis story art of purp. yoshi. oh well.
