I'm trying to beat their ship, but it keeps getting away...any help?

The ship in the city right?
Well, the weakness is in the back of the ship, keep shooting that spot, the shield should turn green, then red, then you can finish it, If you have Chaos Blast, well, it might work.
Tip: To have more time, kill yourself to beat it faster. It'll work, and make sure to pack up on more ammo.

If u go through the whole level without hitting any checkpoints and gradually weaken the ship then just be4 missin failed die the u wil restart with the ship's sheilds as low as they were when u died enjoy this little glich it works on all chase bosses and it gives u an awesome time too!
