Wierd,I started another new game (my......52 one) on KH,and I kept killing all enemies in one hit!When I learned scan,they had only a very very VERY tiny bar of life.Because of that,I beat the game in 2 hours ;D
When I turned it off,the effect was gone....

I don't think a hardware problem would cause every single enemy in a game to have next to no health...
Pessimist that I am, I'm more inclined to say you're making it up :\
